Support for Hurricane Victims
By Brad Taylor
Posted on: September 1, 2005
Most of the Gulf Coast in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama has be obliterated by hurricane Katrina. As the floodwaters continue to rise in New Orleans, former residents are taking refuge in shelters across the South. Even in Huntsville, Alabama (home of Suppressed News) victims are now in place in local shelters. All of the victims need your help.
Millions of people are suffering from the devastation and desperately need water, food, shelter and medical care. Recovery promises to be a massive long-term effort which is why we all should help.
Following the fiasco of aid for 9-11 victims, many people are hesitant to donate to the Red Cross. Regardless of your feelings, your donation to any of the reputable relief agencies is sorely needed.
